Despite having the best intentions, sometimes average leaders create policies which may be impractical and widely disapproved of. Exceptional leaders recognize the flaws in those policies and eventually institute what is practical and safe for the greater good of themselves and their constituents.
Corlear Gardens needs exceptional leaders that will accept that the current configuration of the parking lot spaces are flawed and dangerous to individuals and personal property.
Corlear Gardens needs exceptional leaders to redraw the parking lot lines so shareholders can pass between cars safely without banging into a side view mirror or a car door handle. Shareholders need to be able to open car doors without hitting their neighbor’s car and have the ability to exit and enter cars without spraining a back or hip muscle (or something worse). Shareholders should be able to remove a child from a car seat without endangering the welfare of the toddler by navigating a narrowly opened car door.
And…winter is coming. How can shareholders be expected to shovel snow between cars when they can barely walk between the cars?
PLEASE AT LEAST CREATE AN OBJECTIVE COMMITTEE TO ADDRESS THE MATTER AND REVIEW THIS VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM
